Yes you do, Affordable Hires requires an 80% down payment and 20% balance payment on the day of the event

Booking should be made at least two weeks prior to your party date.

Yes we do, the rented equipment will be delivered on the reserved date in the morning or prior to your party and will be picked up the next day or same day if requested by the customer

However, we do not accept cancellations or returns once the delivery reaches your destination.

The unit cannot be used when it is raining and /or lightening or if the winds exceed 20km/h. The equipment must be deflated and placed in a dry place along with its components (i.e Blower.) If customer fails to do so and damage occurs as a result, the customer will be charged repair fees for minor damage, or a replacement fee of the unit if the damage is beyond repair.

The client must call us upon delivery, should there be any problems and /or complaints. we are always ready to help or assist in anyway possible.

No a generator is not included, the customer is to provide power for the inflatable.
